All orders are final--due to do customization. They are considered special orders. 

We ship to all domestic states for a flat rate of $6.00

Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed, all orders are considered special orders.

Fulfillment varies depending on orders. We will communicate with you when your order will be ready when order is placed.
